CAMBRIDGE AI SUMMER PROGRAMME

Welcome to the Cambridge AI Conference. Over five days at the Department of Computer Science, this conference brings together leading academics, industry pioneers, and early-career researchers to explore the frontiers of artificial intelligence — from foundational research and embodied robotics through to industrial transformation and commercialization.

Each day is built around a distinct theme, combining keynote talks, thematic sessions, hands-on workshops, and dedicated networking time. The conference culminates in a cross-disciplinary day and a team hackathon, where participants apply what they have learned to real-world challenges.

This page contains the full agenda for every day. We hope you enjoy the conference.

Join Us This August

Five days. Five themes. One community at the frontier of AI.

From keynote talks by leading academics and industry pioneers, to hands-on robotics and AI transformation workshops, to a capstone hackathon where ideas become prototypes, this programme is built for those who want to do more than observe the future of artificial intelligence. It is for those who want to help shape it.

You will learn alongside researchers from Cambridge and beyond, connect with mentors and partners across academia and industry, and leave with new skills, new collaborators, and a network that lasts well past the closing ceremony.

What You’ll Take Away

A deeper understanding of where AI research, robotics, and commercialization are heading, and a practical sense of how to get there. Real connections with peers, mentors, and industry leaders. And the confidence, tools, and momentum to turn your own ideas into impact.

Whether your interest is research, entrepreneurship, or applying AI in your own field, you will find your place here.

Be Part of It

The frontier of AI will be shaped by the people willing to step toward it. We hope you will be one of them.

We look forward to welcoming you to Cambridge this August.
